I recently read a book that has changed my life for the better. I know that sounds dramatic but it is true. This book is “Find Your Path” by Carrie Underwood. Some of you may be rolling your eyes (my husband did) but it was a really good book.
Carrie starts out by talking about her childhood, her start into the music business, and some of her struggles with her health and eating habits. This book is not about a diet but how to live a healthy lifestyle with the understanding that not everyday is perfect. You can make an unhealthy choice but just try harder the next time to make a healthier choice. This book doesn’t just tell you how, it guides you. This book has input and information from her trainer and tips from a nutritionist. She has included some of her family favorite everyday recipes. She has a workout routine and how to make it fun. She uses the Fit52 life. She has a section in the back on how to adjust the workouts to fit your level of fitness. She has also created a Fit52 fitness app. Unfortnately, it is currently not available for androids. Her people are working on it and I can’t wait.

One of my favorite things she does is suggest you start keeping a journal. This journal is for you to write down what you have at each meal, the combined nutrition of those meals, what fitness and activities you do each day. Throughout the book she has sections of suggested journal entries. They are to help you live a healthier lifestyle. I enjoyed this life changing book so much that both my mom and my sister are now reading it. They are loving the book as well. They both have journals to help with their new healthy lifestyle change.

If you are looking for a book to help you live a healthier lifestyle then I recommend you pick up a copy of “Find Your Path” by Carrie Underwood.
